How to place an order
To place an order, you must have a physical billing and shipping address (can be the same address)
- Decide and select which CD you want to buy
- From the product page, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button – you can add multiple CDs to your cart
- When you’re satisfied with the select products in your cart, click on ‘Checkout -> Pay’ from the store menu
- On the ‘Checkout’ page, carefully fill the form providing your ‘Billing Address’ and ‘Shipping Address’ (if it’s different from your billing address)
- Mandatory field are indicated by a ‘red asterisk’ on it
- If you want to create an account – for future order and tracking of the status of your orders check the ‘Create an account?’ checkbox
- When you’re done filling the form, click ‘Place order’
- You will then be provided with an ‘order id’ – which you will need to provide at the payment portal to make payment.
- Click on the provided payment link to proceed to make payment
- You will then be redirected to the ‘Interswitch Quickteller’ payment portal to make payment
Making Payment
- On the Quickteller portal select ‘Pay’
- Enter your email, phone number and ‘order id’ – refer to #6 – then click next
- Enter your card details and click pay
- You will receive an email from us informing you that we have received your order and it is being process
- You will receive a notification from us when the CD is ready to be delivered (or picked up)
